Radial Tire Pull
A Radial Tire Pull (tread resembling a cone) is the result of a belt shift
within the tire simulating a camber pull condition. (A cone moves toward the apex
of the angle.)
The test to determine a Radial Tire Pull is to cross the two front tires,
which will result in 3 possibilities:
- 1. No Directional Change
- 2. Pulls the Opposite Direction
- 3. Eliminates the Pull and Goes Straight
Freeman Frame makes sure that the alignment angles are true and correct
before making the coclusion that there is a Radial Tire Pull. If in
fact there is a Radial Tire Pull it is the customers responsibility to
arrange for a remedy (new tire), Most manufacturers will replace a tire
which causes a pull.
